Jen’s Fantasy Fudge recipe

Jen’s Fantasy Fudge is truly my sister’s domain! She loves chocolate and is always in charge of this recipe at Christmas.
  • ¾ cup margarine
Melt in large pan
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk (5.33 fl oz can)
Add to butter
  • 3 cups sugar
Add to above, stirring constantly
Bring to full boil & boil 5 minutes
Remove from heat
  • 1 12 oz package chocolate chips (peanut butter chips are an option)
Add & stir until melted
  • 1 small jar marshmallow cream
  • 1 t vanilla extract
  • 1 t almond extract (can double the vanilla extract if you don’t have almond extract)
Add & mix well
Pour into 13 x 9” buttered pan
Cut when completely cool (licking the spoon isn’t all that bad, either)
