I have to admit, I make this one several times a year – not just at Christmas-time. I originally used to make it with regular Rice Krispies but then thought it would be SO much better with Cocoa Krispies. I think you’ll agree!
- 1 Cup Karo Syrup
- 1 Cup Sugar (or less)
Combine on stovetop until smooth & melted
- 1 ½ Cups Peanut Butter
Pre-melt in microwave, add to the saucepan
Stir all together until smooth…
- 6 Cups Cocoa Krispies (not just regular Rice Krispies)
Dump it all in & stir QUICK!
Press into 9 x 13 pan.
- 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 Cup Peanut Butter Chips } warm slightly and spread over mix
Let cool slightly (or not). Cut into bars (or eat with a spoon out of the pan).
