Rocky Road Candy recipe

I’d explain this recipe as a fudge on steroids. Enjoy!

  • 12 oz. Chocolate Chips
  • 12oz. Butter Scotch Chips  }  Microwave @ 50 – 70% for 5”
  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter           }  stir until melted
  • 10 ½ oz. Mini Marshmallows   } stir in
  • 1 Cup Peanuts (salted)           } stir in

Pour into buttered 9×13 pan.

Chill.

Cut into 1 inch pieces when still slightly soft.

Keep refrigerated.
