Kim’s Hash Brown Quiche
1 (24 oz) shredded has browns, thawed (if you use fresh potatoes, it is fluffier)
Press hash browns into pan.
Pour 1 cup melted butter over.
Bake at 425 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Layer over crust:
12 oz shredded hot pepper cheese
3 cups diced ham or cooked sausage
6 eggs scrambled
1 ½ cups canned milk
Bake 350 for 20 – 40 minutes.
