Kathy’s Potato Casserole recipe

This is a recipe that was given to me at one of my bridal showers.

Kathy’s Potato Casserole

2 lbs frozen hash browns
1 t salt
½ cup butter (melted)
¼ cup  pepper
2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
8 oz cream cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup

Mix cream cheese, soup, salt, pepper, butter until smooth.

Add cheddar cheese
Add hash browns

Place in 9 x 13 baking dish

Mix together
¼ cup melted butter
2 cups post toasties crushed

Spread on top of potato mixture

Bake 350 for 45 minutes
