Christmas Scones

400                                                                                      10-12”

1 ½ Cup Flour
1 12 tsp. Baking Powder    }  Mix together
½ tsp. Salt
¼ Cup Sugar
½ Cup Butter or Oleo                   }  Cut into mix
½ Cup Dried Cranberries
¼ Cup Cream
¼ Cup Orange Juice               }  stir into flour mix
2 tsp. Orange peel – grated

Roll out on lightly floured surface to ½ inch thickness.  Cut into stars, or roll into 9 inch circle and cut into 8 wedges.  Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mix.  Bake @ 400 10-12”.  Store in wrapped foil.  Best served warm.
