meal planning | first week of June

The weather has been pretty wonderful for grilling (minus a few gusts of wind). So with the heat cranking up, we’ve been trying to keep the oven OFF and the grill going. 🙂

I also just started reading Jillian Michael’s Master Your Metabolism and so we’re eating organic as often as possible.

Here’s what we have planned for dinner this week:

  • Baked Potatoes with ground beef
  • Grilled Pizza
  • Sweet & Sour Chicken
  • Organic, nitrate-free hot dogs on the grill
  • Ground Beef Mac & Cheese
  • Out
  • shooting a wedding (so I’ll eat there & hubby will eat what sounds good)

Sides:

  • lots of fresh fruit
  • Chris’s spicy almond mix
  • salad
