- 1 small can of diced green chiles (fresh is even better)
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire
- 1 block of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 pound stew meat
- 1 garlic glove, minced
Add the first 4 ingredients to the crockpot and stir until combined.
Add the meat, mix together.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Cut up the cream cheese into cubes just before serving, add the cream cheese & sour cream. t
Turn crockpot on high.
Stir until everything is combined.
