Best Garbanzo Bean Salad recipe & photos

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can drained garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
  • 1/4 cup finely diced onion
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red or green bell pepper
  • 10 pitted Kalamata olives, halved
  • 2 oz. feta cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, diced
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice, preferably fresh (optional but yummy)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon cracked pepper
  • sea salt to taste

Mix together, chill overnight & enjoy!
