With the success I had on my sit-up challenge in December, I decided to continue with a new challenge: push-ups!
Push-ups are, in my opinion, harder to do, but so important for parents of small children or babies. Carrying Little Dude around isn’t going to feel easier, unless I strengthen my arms!
So, I’m starting this challenge tomorrow, January 1st:
* measure both biceps from the biggest bulge of muscle
* 50 push-ups a day (can be spread out, since doing them all at once will be nearly impossible)

Whether or not you are female, you can do “girl push-ups” – the point is to improve your strength and if that’s all you can do, then cool. If you graduate to “real” push-ups by the end, you rock.
