It’s been a while since I’ve posted our meal planning.
We have been enjoying simple sandwiches (thanks to Chris’s Christmas panini press) and amazing, healthy meals from Rocco DiSpirito’s Now Eat This cookbook.
Here is what we have planned for this week:
- page 155 – Chicken Fried Steak
- page 12 – Coconut Shrimp
- page 22 – Chicken & Red Pepper Quesadillas
- page 37 – French Onion Soup
- page 77 – Philly Cheesesteak
- page 166 – Fettuccine Alfredo
(all less than 350 calories per serving & from Rocco’s book)
- and steak (from the 1/4 cow we bought in November)
