Since we’ve had beets on hand, I’ve been trying different juicing combos… this one has kale in it.
Kale is hardy and I honestly don’t like it when it’s more than a couple leaves.
It does, however, give you a boost of energy (which I loved), is a great source of calcium, relieves joint pain, and digestion problems.
Beets stain, so if you are going to juice them, I would suggest wearing an apron or red. 😉
