Juicing: kale, apple, carrot, celery, parsley, garlic

Since kale is so strong, I had to use two apples, then I added 2 carrots, celery and parsley. What’s weird is I usually don’t like parsley in recipes but I enjoy it juiced.

Chris would call this “duck-squat-green” but if you close your eyes, you would think it’s a more lovely color because it actually tastes slightly sweet and peppery.
