Yesterday was a pretty busy day and I was ready to sack out in front of the TV. Being honest. 🙂
So I did… but I also got out the mini portable DVD player and did my Shred watching CSI Miami.
I went back to level 1 today because I need to get a new battery for the mini DVD player remote… so I couldn’t cue through to the 2nd level. Going back to level 1, I really missed the level 2 moves. Yes, even after a day.
The *good news* is that I felt stronger! 🙂
I think Jillian mentions that days 5-7, you’ll start to feel better in comparison to day 1. So true!
On a personal note, without divulging too much detail, someone said I didn’t look “too pregnant sitting down” today. 🙁 I’m not expecting… I have a 7 month old!
From the beginning, I told myself “9 months up, 9 months down” for getting back into shape, but I do believe the last 6-8 weeks will be the toughest!
This statement was a little shattering to my already fragile self-image, even though it was a mistake and apologized for… but it did motivate me to throw some hard punches during last night’s workout circuit.
