Hi my name is Heather and I have a sweet tooth. In a SERIOUS way.
My favorite nemesis is brownies… or chocolate chip cookies… basically chocolate!
I can’t keep chocolate in the house without eating it all at an unhealthy speed.
I have tried all kinds of ways to curb my sugar cravings; off the top of my head:
- exercise more
- give up sugar all together
- mouth spray
- more calcium in my diet
- drink more water
- chew gum
- freeze the chocolate (ya, right – I will still eat it)
Sooooo, I decided to research books about sugar cravings.
I want to find out why I have such a deep-rooted love/addiction/relationship with chocolate and all things sweet.
I have picked up this book: Shrink yourself : break free from emotional eating forever by Roger Gould.
I am looking forward to reading it and learning more about myself.
