Couch to 5k | week 1

I am starting Couch to 5k today.

The first thing that comes to mind is what music will I listen to?

My friend, Lisa, told me about this website that is for C25k: Podrunner.

And secondly, after looking at the schedule for the first week, how will I keep track of the intervals?

Week 1 has three workouts.  I will jog 60 seconds, then walk 90 seconds for a total of 20 minutes.

My hope is to keep track of the intervals with music!  But I will use a running watch and my Droid app to help me keep on track… then I’ll see what I like best.
