30 Days of Yoga | who wants to join me?

If you are reading this, I’ve already started my 30 days of yoga challenge – but it’s OK! You can start today (or tomorrow if today is almost over).

Do I have time to do this challenge? Probably not.

Am I going to give it the best I’ve got and make it a priority? You bet!

Anytime I do yoga, I feel:

  • refreshed
  • focused
  • less stiff
  • stronger
  • nourished

Yoga improves flexibility, posture, strength, breathing, ability to cope with stress, concentration, mood, and heart health (to name a few benefits).

I think it is pretty fantastic that it is possible to do all this without medication.

So I’m making it my goal to do 30 days of yoga.

Right now I have one yoga DVD by Gaiam. It’s an old DVD I’ve enjoyed for more than a decade.

I will check out a couple more DVDs from the library to avoid getting bored.

Sure, I will try it, oh, wait, I already do 30 days of yoga each month! This is awesome Heather. Let me know if you need help mixing things up a bit! I do want to suggest using Corepower Yoga’s yoga on demand. For only about $12 a month you have a library of about 200+ classes you can download. Anything from a 15 minute quickie to a full hour of yoga and all classified to target different muscle groups too. You can do a week free to try it. Enjoy and I am excited to hear how it goes.

I’m a little late, but I’m definitely going to try this. Checking out yoga DVD’s from the library is a great tip, I never would have thought of that though I frequent the library often for books!
