If you are reading this, I’ve already started my 30 days of yoga challenge – but it’s OK! You can start today (or tomorrow if today is almost over).
Do I have time to do this challenge? Probably not.
Am I going to give it the best I’ve got and make it a priority? You bet!
Anytime I do yoga, I feel:
- less stiff
Yoga improves flexibility, posture, strength, breathing, ability to cope with stress, concentration, mood, and heart health (to name a few benefits).
I think it is pretty fantastic that it is possible to do all this without medication.
So I’m making it my goal to do 30 days of yoga.
Right now I have one yoga DVD by Gaiam. It’s an old DVD I’ve enjoyed for more than a decade.
I will check out a couple more DVDs from the library to avoid getting bored.
