Once again I am challenging myself to 100 crunches a day in December.
Last year I made HUGE strides – from feeling like my tummy muscles were made of jello (after having our son) to being able to do 100 crunches in a row.
One of my goals for this fitness challenge is to kick some bad habits and replace them with healthy ones.
Today, I did a little research on emotional eating. I tend to eat when I’m bored or tired… a dangerous combo.
This article suggests taking a grown-up timeout (to do breathing, meditation, etc.) when faced with the urge to eat for reasons other than actual hunger.
What do you do to overcome emotional eating?
