December’s Fitness Challenge, day 5

It is tempting to forgo a fitness routine when you are sore – which reminds me to ask: are you stretching after you do your 100 crunches a day? 🙂

Here’s a couple of easy stretches that will help:

Just remember that discipline is planning your pain AND pleasure (Joyce Meyer quote)… and everyone faces temptation.

No temptation has overtaken you but such as is common to man; and God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will provide the way of escape also, so that you will be able to endure it. 1 Corinthians 10:13 – New American Standard Bible (NASB)
