3100 crunches, a few dozen cookies & no other exercise program later, I am actually not ashamed to share with you the results from my 100 crunches a day fitness challenge.
Last year I managed to squeeze in some water aerobics classes, but this year I did not.
While my results are not quite as dramatic as last year, they are still pretty good for the effort of 100 crunches a day.
I found myself doing the crunches during Little Dude’s playtime. He thought it was pretty funny mommy was on the floor going UP & DOWN, UP & DOWN. Eventually he got used to it and just played around me – occasionally landing on my tummy for some added resistance.
