before & after photos: 100 crunches a day in December fitness challenge

3100 crunches, a few dozen cookies & no other exercise program later, I am actually not ashamed to share with you the results from my 100 crunches a day fitness challenge.

Last year I managed to squeeze in some water aerobics classes, but this year I did not.

While my results are not quite as dramatic as last year, they are still pretty good for the effort of 100 crunches a day.

I found myself doing the crunches during Little Dude’s playtime. He thought it was pretty funny mommy was on the floor going UP & DOWN, UP & DOWN.  Eventually he got used to it and just played around me – occasionally landing on my tummy for some added resistance.


Make sure to join us for January’s food challenge: meal planning taken straight from Everyday Paleo’s cookbook.  AND… for what it’s worth, I am going to continue doing 100 crunches a day in January. 🙂  It takes next to no time to crank out and I’m looking forward to more results. 🙂

Oh my gosh!! that’s pretty amazing! i totally did no working out in Dec. 🙁 but this is so encouraging! what a fun challenge. great job & keep it up!

im sorry but its so noticable that your pants are pulled up in the right photo helping to smooth the edges that are visible in the left photo (when the pants are not pulled up quite as high.

That was not my intention. I did have progress, which in my book IS results. Maybe my pants were fitting differently? Feel free to do the challenge yourself and take a before & after picture. Nothing to lose (except inches) 🙂
