Meal Planning for the MONTH of December

We were pretty successful with sticking to the meal plan during the month of November. For the month of December my goal is to reduce the grocery bill WITHOUT downgrading the quality of food.  I’d like to make some freezer meals that we can have in January as well as have less surplus that goes bad in the fridge. I hate that but don’t know what the solution is… going to the store more often than once a week adds 2-3 hours more of planning, driving, shopping, driving home, & unloading… not sure that’s where I want to go with it. Anyways, here is the meal plan: BREAKFAST: (rotate through these options)

  • English muffin, egg & cheese sandwiches
  • slow cooker oatmeal
  • French Toast
  • Eggs
