  • 10 baby spinach leafs
  • 110 grams full-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 4.9 oz full-fat coconut milk (canned)
  • 3.1 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • unsweetened açaí berry smoothie pack (found in frozen fruit section at Vitamin Cottage)
  • scoop of protein powder (I use Ultra Pure Whey Protein by BioGenesis)
  • handful of ice cubes

makes 2 protein smoothies 

  • 558 calories (279 calories each)
  • Cals ratio: 60:23:17  (high carbs is great for a cardio day!)
  • Fat 38g (19 grams each)
  • carbs 32g (16 grams each)
  • protein 24g (12 grams each)
