My back/hip/leg is starting to hurt less, so that’s progress. 🙂 I have been walking on top of doing the exercises and am excited to ease back into the gym.
I’ve been much more aware of my posture standing, sitting, breastfeeding and even driving! I am trying to engage my core much more often, especially while I’m carrying the boys.
Doing these simple exercises over the last couple of weeks makes me feel like a weakling. I’m slowly getting stronger… and my PT gave me some slightly more difficult exercises to do this week. I can add these to the previous exercises or just prioritize these:
